What is ColorCode?

First of all, thank you so much for checking out ColorCode. The website, the content and the whole project are a labor of love, built by a couple of New York based coders, with plenty of help from other coder and non-coder friends. It's a platform to teach anyone and everyone coding. What makes ColorCode different is our attempt to make coding easy and the learning process fast.

Who is it for?

Anyone and everyone who wants to learn to code. Whether you are a complete beginner or you've been coding for a while and want to get better, there is something for everyone.

Why does it matter?

I made ColorCode out of frustration of not being able to find the right coders for so many full-time and part-time positions I have had to hire for, over the years. There are so many available jobs in technology and not enough people to fill them. At the same time, so many people are dissatisfied with their current jobs or are looking for new opportunities, that I found it a no-brainer. In my career, I have attempted to help countless people from completely different backgrounds, age groups, personality types and ideologies find their path in technology, and in particular, coding for the web. I wanted to create a place where I could do this at scale for people around the world, for anyone with any level of understanding of computers, engineering or design, and become a coder as quickly as possible.

How much does it cost?

Nothing. It's all free, for now and hopefully forever.

Where is the content?

The courses are all available in video format, on YouTube and ColorCode.io, as well as written content alongside each video on the website.

Can I help?

Yes, absolutely. The best way to help ColorCode is to share it with your friends, post, tweet and instagram about it. If you are interested in helping in other ways, please reach out to me on instagram and I will get back to you. I promise.
