Live Coding: CSS Fonts
Alright, let’s use some cool fonts and make our page not look like it’s 1995. We’ll be using Google Fonts but remember it’s not the only way to load fonts, it’s just really convenient and hopefully helps you understand how to change fonts.
And with that out of the way we have a fairly respectable looking page that, really, we should be proud of. Remember, all the course material is available on ColorCode’s github account.
We covered a lot of things in this course, a lot of the basics starting from nothing, really, In my opinion the least amount of coding with the best end result. There is obviously much more you can do with CSS and that will be for future courses. Things including more advanced selectors, more complicated positioning and layouts but my friend, you gotta learn to crawl, before you learn to walk. And you just took your first big step towards mastery. I hope you enjoyed it.
If you stayed with me for the entirety of this course you are awesome. If you built your profile/resume alongside me. Please share it with me, and the world, instagram, or tweet, or however else you prefer, I’d love to see what you guys come up with. You can always send me your questions or feedback, I will do my best to respond.
Whether you continue your CSS journey or jump to JavaScript or whatever else, I hope you continue and just keep building stuff. Nothing is stopping you from making more pages for other people, make one for your best friend, and experiment with all the ideas I taught you.
Thank you for watching, and I’ll see you next time.
